This is a challenging opportunity for experienced developers to work along with the reporting team to be able to extend help in providing support and development for various consumers/applications and/or work along with the product support team members for maintaining the various test and production environments of both the reporting tools.

• Designing and development of best-in-class BI & Analytics reporting solutions to support client reporting and distribution within the Enterprise Delivery group.
• Design, code, test, and document all new or modified Web FOCUS reporting systems, applications, and programs.
• Document technical design specifications for report definitions and layout.
• Execute changes: designing, timely development and testing.
• Work with Project Managers, Technical Specialists and other subject matter experts to identify and understand the ongoing issues in production environment.
• Troubleshoot tools, systems, and software; performance-tune these applications as necessary.
• Participate in SW development lifecycle at various stages (Requirement, Testing, SIT, UAT etc) for validation & verification of proposed solution for a business problem.

• B.E./B. Tech. or M.C.A. in Computer Science from a reputed University.
• 5 to 7 years of overall IT experience.
• Experience of complete project lifecycle execution from Requirements Analysis to implementation.
• 5-7 years of experience in Web FOCUS 7.x or 8.x.
• 4-7 years of experience in handling report bursting and scheduling using Web FOCUS report caster.
• 4-7 years of experience in handling complex workflows using Web FOCUS MAINTAIN.
• 4-7 years of experience in RDBMS in writing PL/SQL or Stored Procedures. Oracle 10G or above preferred.
• 2-7 yrs experience in data modeling and database performance tuning is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in Unix/Shell scripting.
• 3-5 years of experience in VBA Macros & coding.
• 2-3 yrs of experience in Java script, Web sphere application server & IHS.

Experience of any Source Control Tools such as PVCS, Clear Case. Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment. Good oral and written communication skills required. Performance improvements partitioned tables, indexes, query tuning by analyzing explain plan, application of Oracle hints.
