• Calculate customer/supplier account balances and ensure accuracy.
• Compile the relevant business documentation used for banking processes.
• Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
• Perform month-end closing accounts activities.
• Process data using the accounting system.
• Process payroll transactions.
• Record and process all business transactions.
• Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure, and finance costs.
• Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables, and cash.
• Retrieve reports from the accounting system for use.
• Use appropriate information technology (IT) systems and tools for data analysis.
• Must have knowledge of Tally and Busy software.
